A. 
The Board of Supervisors hereby establishes the following Tax Collector fees:
(1) 
A service fee for the preparation of a certification of taxes paid on real estate involved in a sale. The fee shall be paid directly to the elected Tax Collector at the time of request for such certification.
(2) 
A returned check fee.
(3) 
A duplicate bill fee.
B. 
The fees for the services set forth above are compiled in the Township's fee schedule and may be revised by resolution by the Board of Supervisors.
