Any violation of any provision of Chapters 3.40 through 3.96 is punishable as specified in Chapters 1.01 and 3.64.

The carrying on of any business, trade, calling, profession or occupation without complying with the requirements of Chapters 3.40 through 3.96 is a separate violation of this code for each and every day that such business, trade, calling, profession or occupation is carried on.
