Ice vending machines of any type or size shall not be allowed
on gasoline service station sites. No person shall place any such
machine at any other location without first obtaining approval from
the planning commission, which shall issue a permit therefor if it
is found that the proposed location will be desirable to the public
convenience or welfare and will be in harmony with the various elements
and objectives of the Palm Springs general plan.
