A.
Any person aggrieved by any decision of the City Manager with respect to the denial, suspension, modification or revocation of a permit of a permit under this chapter may appeal that decision pursuant to chapter 2.50 of this Code.
B.
If no
timely appeal is filed, the pedicab owner permit, pedicab driver permit,
or pedicab vehicle permit shall be considered denied, suspended, modified,
or revoked, and the pedicab owner or pedicab driver shall immediately
surrender any such permit, as well as any identification card(s) and
pedicab vehicle sticker(s) issued in relation thereto, to the city
manager.
