Any person who by means of any unauthorized connection in physical contact therewith, takes or receives television signals, programs, pictures or sound from any cables, wires or equipment used for distribution of such signals, programs, pictures or sound for pay or hire, is punishable as specified in Sections 1.01.140 and 1.01.150.

Any person who makes or causes to be made any unauthorized physical connection with any cables, wires or equipment used for distribution of such television signals, programs, pictures or sound for pay or hire, for the purpose of enabling himself or others to receive such television signals, programs, pictures or sound without payment, is punishable as specified in Sections 1.01.140 and 1.01.150.

Any person who without consent of the owner wilfully tampers with, removes or damages any cables, wires or equipment used for distribution of television signals, programs, pictures or sound for pay or hire, is punishable as specified in Sections 1.01.140 and 1.01.150.
