All owners or operators of trailer parks in the city shall file
a plan with the director of community development showing all private
streets in the trailer park and the names of said streets.

For new trailer parks and those in process at the time of the effective date of this chapter, it shall be the administrative duty of the director of community development to inform the owner or operator of the duty imposed by Section 14.12.010.

Owners or operators of trailer parks approved and operating at the effective date of this chapter shall have three months from the effective date of this chapter to comply with Section 14.12.010. It is the intent of the city council that this chapter have retroactive effect because the police and fire services are unable to perform their health and safety functions without the information required by Section 14.12.010.

All street names in trailer parks shall be first approved by
the director of community development to avoid duplication or confusion
with other street names.

Owners or operators of trailer parks shall pay for any private
street signs within the park, and shall maintain said street signs
together with said private streets.
