Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of this title, including, but not limited to, knowingly or intentionally misrepresenting to any officer or employee of the city any material fact in procuring the license or permit provided for, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to the general penalty provided for by Section 1.12.010.
