The City Council of the City of Lake Oswego has by the adoption
of Ordinance 1938 granted its consent to the application within the
City limits of Clackamas County Ordinance 83-1929 relating to the
regulation of adult foster homes. The County has adopted administrative
rules pursuant to Ordinance 83-1929 and is responsible for the administration
and enforcement of the program within the City. Nothing in this section
creates a cause of action against the City, its agents, officers or
employees for the enforcement or failure to enforce any provisions
of County Ordinance 83-1929 or the regulatory program created pursuant
to that ordinance.
