City of Lake Oswego, OR ARTICLE 38.22 Industrial Wastewater Discharges

§ 38.22.320 Portland Industrial Wastewater Discharges Code Adopted and Incorporated by Reference.

1. Portland City Code Chapter 17.34, entitled "Sanitary Discharges," is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference into the Lake Oswego Code. The City and City of Portland shall administer and enforce this provision as provided by Intergovernmental Agreement.

2. Portland City Code 3.13.040 delegates to the Director of Environmental Services of the City of Portland authority to adopt administrative rules to enforce Portland City Code Chapter 17.34. The authority to adopt the administrative rules adopted by the City of Portland pursuant to Portland City Code 3.13.040 is hereby delegated to the Lake Oswego City Engineer. The City Engineer shall be responsible to ensure that the rules remain consistent with those of the City of Portland.
