The municipality shall include all costs incurred in the review fee charged to an applicant. The municipality may adopt a fee schedule applicable to this chapter, which schedule may be amended from time to time by the Board of Supervisors. The review fee may include, but not be limited to, costs for the following:
A. 
Administrative/clerical processing.
B. 
Review of the SWM site plan.
C. 
Attendance at meetings.
D. 
Inspections.
E. 
Any additional work required to monitor and enforce any permit provisions regulated by this chapter, correct violations, and assure the completion of stipulated remedial actions.
