ARTICLE 42.20 Vacation of Public Rights-of-Ways

§ 42.20.005 Vacation of Rights-of-Way; Vacation for Certain Purposes Prohibited.
[Ord. No. 2119, Enacted, 7-5-1995]
1. 
Whenever deemed in the public interest, the City may vacate a public right-of-way as provided by state law.
2. 
The City shall not accept or approve an application to vacate a public right-of-way if such vacation would convert a public street into a private street serving three or more dwelling units.
