§ 45.05.020 Appeal of Building Official’s Decision.

A person aggrieved by a decision made by the Building Official under authority established pursuant to ORS 455.148, 455.150, or 455.467 may appeal the decision in the manner provided by ORS 455.475. If an appeal is made under this section, the Building Official shall extend the plan review deadline by the number of days it takes for a final decision to be issued for the appeal.
