All billiard parlors and pool halls shall be and remain closed every day between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. of any day, except as specifically permitted by Section 17.44.190(D), in which case a true copy of City resolution granting additional hours of operation shall be presented to law enforcement personnel upon request.

A.
No person
under the age of 18 years shall be permitted to play any game of billiards,
or pool, at any commercial establishment within the City, unless accompanied
by his/her parent, or guardian, or upon the written consent of his/her
parent, or guardian.
B.
No owner,
proprietor, or operator, of any commercial establishment shall permit
a violation of the foregoing within his/her establishment.
