The seal adopted in Section 1.08.010 shall be circular in form; shall be not less than two inches in diameter. Around its circumference shall appear the words "City of Buellton, California," and, within the words "Incorporated February 1, 1992."

A city seal for the city is approved. The seal shall contain the name of the city and the date of incorporation and shall appear substantially as follows:
