The rules and regulations of the Oregon Liquor Control Commission as now promulgated or as may hereafter be promulgated or adopted are adopted by the City of Molalla as the rules and regulations of the City of Molalla pertaining to the regulation and control of the operation of such licensee's premises.

A. 
Each premises within the city licensed by the State of Oregon to sell alcoholic beverages shall obtain an alcoholic beverage business permit from the city. This permit shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, a business license. The fee for such permit shall be established by the City Council by resolution.
B. 
Violation of this section shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $250.00. Each day's continuing violation of this section shall be a separate offense.
