Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of §§
497-21,
497-22 or
497-23, above, may, upon receipt of a citation, elect to plead guilty to the violation, in which case he shall pay to the Township a fine in the amount of $50 if paid within five days of the issuance of the citation. In the event any person or persons cited for a violation of the provisions of §§
497-21,
497-22 or
497-23 does not plead guilty by paying the fine within the above-defined time limit, he shall, upon conviction by a Magisterial District Judge for the Township of Colebrookdale, County of Berks, be sentenced to pay such fine and costs as allowed by law. Each daily occurrence of the same offense shall be considered a new offense, and the person or persons shall be fined and ordered to pay the costs of prosecution separately for each offense.
