No persons shall operate a micro-mobility business unless the person holds a valid micro-mobility operations permit issued in accordance with Chapter 5.30.

Micro-mobility
operations permits are the property of the city and are not transferable.

In accordance with California Vehicle Code Section 407.5, micro-mobility
devices shall not be operated on the sidewalk.

No person shall park a micro-mobility device in such a position
that obstructs the normal movement of traffic or prohibits the free
use on the street and sidewalk.
