Provisions of the "Liquor Control Act," ORS 471, as the same
now exists or may hereafter be amended, are hereby adopted as the
rules, regulations and penalties of the City of Yamhill as it may
relate to alcoholic liquors generally.

Provisions of the "Oregon Distilled Liquor Control Act," ORS
472, as the same now exists or may hereafter be amended, are hereby
adopted as the rules, regulations and penalties of the City of Yamhill
as it may relate to alcoholic liquor by individual drink generally.

as the same now exists or may hereafter be amended, are hereby adopted
as the rules, regulations and penalties of the City of Yamhill as
it may relate to controlled and/or experimental drugs generally.
