Any unauthorized person who willfully and maliciously obtains personal data from the Criminal Oriented Records Production Unified System (CORPUS) is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Any person who willfully and maliciously provides or has provided personal data from the Criminal Oriented Records Production Unified System (CORPUS) to any unauthorized person is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Any employee of the City who violates the Criminal Oriented Records Production Unified System (CORPUS) regulations shall be subject to disciplinary action, including, but not limited to, termination of employment.
