To ensure that a proposed subdivision shall reflect the best interests of the City, all subdivisions under the provisions of this title shall conform to the standards of subdivision design of this title. The City Engineer shall prepare standard design criteria, standard details and specifications to implement and supplement the requirements of this title. The standards shall be approved by resolution of the City Council.
