The city of Glendale has adopted a trap-neuter-return (T-N-R) program. The program relies upon volunteer care givers to trap feral cats, transport the feral cats to a facility to be spayed/neutered, and then returned back to the original location where the cats were originally trapped, with the property owner's permission. The T-N-R program is completely voluntary and no funding is provided by the city of Glendale.
(Ord. 5370 § 1, 2004)
