At least one warning light shall be affixed to the top of all
towers, cranes and other like projections more than 150 feet above
the adjacent ground surfaces. The warning lights shall be flashing
incandescent of at least 620 watts. The steady burning intensity shall
not be less than 2,000 candelas (in red). The flashing mechanisms
shall produce not more than 40 flashes per minute nor less than 12
flashes per minute.
