§ 175-1 Unlawful acts. It shall be unlawful for any person to urinate or defecate in public places, parking lots accessible to the public, streets, or in the public view.
§ 175-2 Violations and penalties. Any person(s) found to be in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to penalties set forth in Article III of Chapter 1.
