A. 
It is unlawful for the owner, occupant or person having charge of any real property within this city to allow or permit the same to become nauseous, foul, or offensive or prejudicial to public health or comfort.
B. 
It is unlawful for any person, unless otherwise provided, by law or ordinance, to deposit, allow or suffer to be, or to remain on premises owned, controlled or occupied by him or her, any garbage, rubbish, slush, brush, debris, decayed animal, vegetable or other offensive matter, standing pools of water, or anything injurious to health or any article or thing emitting an offensive odor, or any dead animal or carcass of any animal, or to drain any sewer into any slough or natural depression in the ground or any vacant lot or any other property, public or private, within this city.

It is unlawful for any person to deposit, allow, or suffer to be, or remain on premises under control or occupied by him or her, manure or like matter, except for fertilization of gardens, unless the same is contained in an airtight box painted on the inside with a heavy coat of asphaltum provided with a tight-fitting lid or cover free from holes or cracks; the inside of the lid or cover to be likewise covered with a heavy coat of asphaltum, said lid or cover to be kept closed except when the boxes are being filled or emptied. Capacity of said box shall not exceed 75 cubic feet and said manure or like matter shall be removed from said box at least once a week.

It is unlawful for any person to throw banana skins, orange peels or any other material on which pedestrians would be inclined to slip on any sidewalk or on the steps, entranceways or floors of any public building or public conveyance.

It is unlawful for any person to use or maintain any barbed wire on any fence or adjunct thereof fronting on a public street, park or place without first obtaining permission to do so from the City Manager.

It is unlawful for any person to run, suspend, stretch, keep or maintain, over, across or upon the top, roof or any portion of the top or roof of any building in the city, any wire unless it shall be placed on a conduit lying flat and directly upon the roof thereof, or suspended at least six feet above the top of the roof thereunder.

It is unlawful for any person to put, place, maintain, or suffer to be or remain on or upon any sidewalk, any article, thing or matter, so as to obstruct or interfere with the free access or approach to any signal box of the fire alarm or police telephone system.

It is unlawful for any person to, without authority, extinguish during the night any public light or any light maintained at a place for public convenience or safety.

It is unlawful for any person while on any street or any public place or enclosure to throw any stone or other missile from any place into any street or other public place.

It is unlawful to fish, jump, dive or throw any object from any bridge, causeway or overpass within the city.

No person shall ride nor operate a bicycle on any sidewalk in front of schools, stores or buildings used for business purposes. A violation of this section shall be an infraction, unless the person riding or operating a bicycle on the sidewalk in front of a school, store, or building used for business purposes is involved in an accident wherein bodily injury is caused to any person other than him/herself, wherein a violation of this section shall be a misdemeanor.

It is unlawful for any person to permit any cow, horse or other animal, or any vehicle under his or her care or control to go over or upon any lawn, flower garden, vegetable garden or other cultivated place in the city without the permission of the owner, tenant or occupant thereof.

A. 
No person shall remain upon any private property or business premises, after being notified by the owner or lessee, or other person in charge thereof, to remove therefrom.
B. 
No person, without permission, express or implied, of the owner or lessee or other person in charge of private property or business premises, shall enter upon the private property or business premises after having been notified by the owner or lessee or other person in charge thereof to keep off or keep away therefrom.
C. 
Exceptions. This section shall not apply in any of the following instances:
1. 
Where its application results in or is coupled with an act prohibited by the Unruh Civil Rights Act or any other provision of law relating to prohibited discrimination against any person on account of color, race, religion, creed, ancestry or national origin;
2. 
Where its application results in or is coupled with an act prohibited by Section 365 of the California Penal Code or any other provision of law relating to duties of innkeepers and common carriers;
3. 
Where its application would result in an interference with or inhibition of peaceful labor picketing or other lawful labor activities;
4. 
Where its application would result in an interference with or inhibition of any other exercise of a constitutionally protected right of freedom of speech such as (but not limited) to peaceful expressions of political or religious opinions, not involving offensive personal conduct; or
5. 
Where the person who is upon another's private property or business premises is there under claim or color of legal right. This exception is applicable (but not limited to) the following types of situations involving disputes wherein the participants have available to them practical and effective civil remedies: marital and post-marital disputes, child custody or visitation disputes, disputes regarding title to or rights in real property, landlord-tenant disputes, disputes between members of the same family or between persons residing upon the property concerned up until the time of the dispute, employer-employee disputes, business-type disputes such as those between partners, debtor-creditor disputes, and instances wherein the person claims rights to be present pursuant to order, decree or process of a court.
