IP-A development may be up to four stories/60 feet with Planning
Commission design review, however, in no case shall buildings on lots
adjacent to the Southern Crossing exceed height of nearest portion
of Southern Crossing. IP-C development may be up to 35 feet for pitched
or gable roofs with design review.

IL lot frontage may be reduced to 40 feet for lots with divergent
lot lines such as those that front on the bulb of a cul-de-sac or
a sharply curved street.
