It is unlawful and an infraction for any person to kill, slaughter or dress any animal or fowl in the City unless the activity is carried on in a reasonable manner and is not injurious to the public health, and/or is not indecent or offensive to the public. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to give any person the right to violate any other City ordinance, County ordinance or State statute.
