The municipality has by resolution, as amended from time to time, or as otherwise allowed by law, established fees to defray plan review and construction inspection costs incurred by the municipality. All fees shall be paid by the applicant at the time of SWM site plan or simplified approach submission in the manner determined by the municipality's fee schedule.

A review and inspection fee schedule has been established by resolution of the municipal governing body based on the size of the regulated activity and based on the municipality's costs for reviewing SWM site plans, simplified approach applications, O&M plans and agreements and as-built plans, and conducting inspections pursuant to § 20-501. The municipality shall periodically update the review and inspection fee schedule to ensure that review costs are adequately reimbursed.

1. 
The fees required of the applicant by this chapter shall at a minimum cover:
A. 
Administrative costs;
B. 
The review of the SWM site plan by the Municipality, the Municipal Engineer and other municipal consultants;
C. 
Coordination and meetings with the applicant;
D. 
The inspection of erosion and sediment control measures, BMPs, conveyances and other related improvements during construction;
E. 
Review of project communications, reports, and additional supporting information;
F. 
Other site inspections;
G. 
The final inspection upon completion of the BMPs, conveyances, and other stormwater management facilities and related improvements presented in the SWM site plan; and
H. 
Review of final as-built plan submission and revised calculations, and inspections as needed.
2. 
The applicant shall also reimburse all expenses incurred by the Municipality for any additional work or municipal consultant fees required to enforce any permit provisions regulated by this chapter, correct violations, and ensure proper completion of remedial actions.
