Except as hereinafter modified or changed, the 1997 Uniform Housing Code, published by the International Conference of Building Officials and adopted as reference in the State Housing Law, Title 25, of the California Code of Regulations, Division 1, is hereby adopted by reference and incorporated into this title of the Wildomar Municipal Code. A copy of said Uniform Housing Code shall be on file in the office of the City Clerk.
