A.
It is
unlawful for any person who owns or is in control of any premises
to knowingly allow any person under the age of twenty-one to consume
alcoholic beverages on the premises except as allowed pursuant to
ORS 471.430 (1).
B.
A violation
of this chapter is punishable as a Class A infraction.
