The seal of the city shall consist of a circular disc with the words "WESTMINSTER, CALIFORNIA" encircling the outer perimeter. Within this perimeter another ring is inscribed and the words "FOUNDED 1871" and "INCORPORATED 1957" are contained. In the center of the disc there is a drawing of the outline of the county of Orange, within which is an outline of the original incorporated shape of the city of Westminster. Encircling the outline of the city is a band broken into quadrants. The four quadrants of this band contain the words "HOMES," "INDUSTRY," "SCHOOLS" and "CHURCHES."
B.
The logo of the city shall consist of a circular disk with the words "CITY OF WESTMINSTER ESTABLISHED 1957" encircling the outer perimeter. Within this perimeter is a silver and black compass dividing the inner circle into four quadrants. In the top-left quadrant is a representation of the clock-tower in the city's civic center, in the top-right quadrant is a representation of the California flag, in the bottom-left quadrant is a representation of a rose, and in the bottom-right quadrant is a representation of the red, white and blue shield awarded to All-America Cities.
