There are created for the government of the city the following organizations and/or departments:

Fire department;
B.
Police department;
C.
Planning commission;
D.
Civil defense and disaster council;
E.
Department of public works;
F.
Department of community development;
G.
Community services and recreation department;
H.
Community services and recreation commission.
I.
Human resources and risk management department.
