Any person violating any of the provisions of this article or who knowingly or intentionally misrepresents to any authorized officer or representative of this city any material fact in procuring the permit herein provided for, or the waiver of any fee herein provided for or who violates any of the conditions or restrictions of any permit issued hereunder, shall be punished in accordance with Section 1.12.010 of this code, unless other fines are provided for in this article.
