A. 
It is unlawful for any person to expose his or her genitals while in a public place or place visible from a public place if the exposure reasonably would be expected to alarm or annoy another person. There is a presumption that such exposure would be expected to alarm or annoy another person under the age of 13 years.
B. 
Unlawful exposure is a violation that subjects a person to a penalty of not more than $1,000. A person commits a separate violation for each unlawful exposure to another person.

It is unlawful for any person to knowingly urinate or defecate in any public place or in view of the public or upon any public way. For the purposes of this chapter, a public restroom is not a public place.

It is unlawful for any person to drink or consume any alcoholic liquor or have in their possession any bottle, can, or other receptacle containing any alcoholic liquor which has been opened, or unsealed, or the contents of which have been partially removed, while in or upon any public street or sidewalk, school, park, public boat landing, dock, and other attendant facilities, municipal building, and premises used in connection with public passenger transportation. However, the city council, city manager, or designee may permit the service and consumption of alcoholic liquors in any public place or within designated municipal buildings on such terms and conditions as the council may provide. Additionally, city sponsored events are exempt from this section. Nothing in this section shall be deemed to prohibit drinking or alcoholic liquor in any establishment wherein the same may be sold for on-premises consumption under the laws of the state, or when a permit has been granted by the city.

A. 
It is unlawful for any person to discharge a firearm in the city or upon its boundaries.
B. 
"Firearm" means any weapon above a 17-caliber using gunpowder or other explosive.
C. 
This section does not apply to:
1. 
A person discharging a firearm in the lawful defense of person or property;
2. 
A person discharging a firearm on a public or private shooting range, shooting gallery, or other area designed, built, and lawfully operating for the purpose of target shooting;
3. 
A person authorized to fire blank ammunition as part of military or police ceremony or exercise;
4. 
A person authorized by permit of the chief of police to discharge blank ammunition for a lawful purpose;
5. 
Hunter safety instructors of the Oregon State Game Commission or their pupils engaged in hunter safety training classes sponsored by the Commission;
6. 
A law enforcement professional, police officer, peace officer, or animal control officer in the performance of official duty;
7. 
An employee of the United States Department of Agriculture or Fish and Wildlife Service acting within the scope of employment, discharging a firearm in the course of the lawful taking of wildlife;
8. 
Discharging a firearm is authorized to dispatch livestock or in defense of livestock.
