The city council adopts and incorporates by reference, as though set forth in full in this chapter, the 1997 edition of the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, as published by International Conference of Building Officials, without amendment or modification. The various part of this code as adopted in this chapter, shall constitute and be known as the "Code for Abatement of Dangerous Buildings."
