(a)
The
municipal court shall have no term of court, but may sit at any time
for the transaction of the business of the court. The clerk of the
court shall, under the supervision of the municipal judge, not less
than 14 days prior to January 1 of each year, designate in writing,
at least two days in each month, for each of the succeeding six-month
period, for appearance day and calling of the docket for all matters.
(b)
The
exact time for appearance and docket call to be set on each day so
designated at such time as is determined by the municipal judge.
