Crosswalk ways six feet in width shall be dedicated where deemed
necessary by the planning commission to provide circulation or access
to schools, playgrounds, shopping centers, and transportation and
other community facilities, or to provide pedestrian circulation within
the subdivision. Crosswalk ways shall be provided with a concrete
sidewalk six feet wide.
