No later than April 15th of each year, the grantee shall present a written report to the City which shall include:
A. 
A certified financial report for the previous calendar year, including gross revenues from all sources, gross subscriber revenues from each category of service.
B. 
A summary of the previous year's activities including, but not limited to, subscriber totals and new services.
C. 
A summary of complaints received and handled.
D. 
Projected plans for the future.

Copies of all petitions, applications, communications and reports submitted by the grantee to the FCC, Security and Exchange Commission, or any other federal or state regulatory body having jurisdiction with respect to any matters materially affecting cable communications authorized by a franchise, shall also be submitted within 20 days to the City. Copies of responses from the regulatory agencies to the grantee shall likewise be furnished within 20 days to the City.

A. 
The grantee shall maintain an office within the City and manage all of its operations in accordance with franchise agreement. The City shall have the right to inspect at any time during normal business hours, all books, records, maps, plans, income tax returns, financial statements, service complaint logs, performance test results and other like materials of the grantee which relate to the operation of the franchise. Access to the aforementioned records shall not be denied by the grantee on the basis that said records contain "proprietary" information.
B. 
The grantee shall at all times make and keep in the City full and complete plans and records showing the exact location of all cable system equipment installed or in use in streets and other public places in the City.
C. 
The grantee shall file with the Director of Public Works, a current map or set of maps drawn to scale, showing all cable system equipment installed and in place in streets and other public places of the City within 30 days of the granting of a franchise and shall update such maps at the end of each calendar year, if necessary. The City shall maintain the confidentiality of information identified by the grantee as confidential to the extent permitted by law. The City will advise grantee of any third party request for such confidential information to enable grantee to take the steps necessary to protect the confidentiality of the information.
