The provisions of this title shall be enforced in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Subdivision Map Act.

A.
All remedies available to both public and nonpublic entities hereunder shall be those granted under the Subdivision Map Act.
B.
Requests for certificates of compliance shall be accompanied by the fee established by the Department of Public Works to cover the cost of issuing and recording such certificates.
