This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the City of
Orange Landscaping Ordinance.
The purpose of this chapter is to incorporate by reference and
to establish minimum standards and specifications for landscape design,
construction, and inspection of both private and public work projects.
This chapter and the documents incorporated by reference herein,
set forth the rules and regulations which will assure an acceptable
level of landscape treatment, commonly encountered in the industry.
It is intended to address all phases of landscape planning from conceptual
design through construction documentation.
That certain document entitled City of Orange Landscape Standards
and Specifications, is hereby incorporated by reference and made a
part of this chapter. Copies of said document, with all amendments
thereto, are on file in the City office of record for use and examination
by the public.
The City Council shall make changes to the City of Orange Landscape
Standards and Specifications by resolution.
