The Mercer County Subdivision Regulation Ordinance, adopted April 1, 2006, as subsequently amended, setting forth definitions; jurisdiction and sanctions; procedure; designs standards: plan requirements; mobile home park regulations; and administration; be, and the same hereby are, adopted, by reference, subject to the exceptions hereinafter set forth.
The following substitutions and exceptions shall apply:
A. 
Where the term "Mercer County Regional Planning Commission" appears there shall be substituted the term "Farrell Planning Commission."
B. 
Where the term "Mercer County" appears there shall be substituted the term "City of Farrell."
C. 
Where the term "Mercer County Board of Commissioners" appears there shall be substituted "Farrell Council."
