A contract between the city council of the city of Brentwood and the Board of Administration of the California State Employee's Retirement System is authorized, a copy of the contract being attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter, marked "Exhibit A," and by such reference made a part hereof as though herein set out in full.

The mayor of the city council is authorized, empowered and directed to execute the contract between the city council and the Board of Administration of the California State Employees' Retirement System for and on behalf of the city of Brentwood.
