A. 
Nothing in this title shall exempt any person from applicable provisions of any other laws of this state or the city.
B. 
Notwithstanding subsection A of this section, where the provisions of this title related to vending conflict with those provisions of Brentwood Municipal Code Chapter 5.48 (Peddlers and Solicitors) or 5.68 (Mobile Vending), the provisions of this title shall prevail.

Unless otherwise provided, any person violating any of the provisions of this title or who causes, allows or permits any violation of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine of at least one thousand dollars or imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or by both such fine and imprisonment; and/or that person may receive an administrative citation as provided in Chapter 1.24 of this code.
