The following uses are permitted within the R-3 zone:
A. Those uses which are permitted uses within the R-2 (moderate density multifamily residential) zone;
B. Apartments, condominiums, townhouses and attached single-family homes;
C. Duplex, triplex, townhouses, apartments and other multifamily structures not exceeding a density of sixteen dwelling units per gross acre;
