A.
The time which any act provided or required by any provision of this code is to be done is computed by excluding the first day and including the last, unless the last day is a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or holiday or community service day observed by the city, in which case it would also be excluded.
B.
If the last day of the performance of any act provided or required by any provision of this code is a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or holiday or community service day observed by the city, then the time in which to perform the act is extended to and including the following day in which city hall is open for the transaction of business.
