The business of carrying on and conducting a veterinary hospital for the care and treatment of animals suffering from or afflicted with any sickness or disease, shall not be prosecuted in any building or structure whose frontage or sides are located or placed within 35 feet of any dwelling house or building used for residence purposes, provided, however, that the rear portion of such building or structure may be so located or placed within 15 feet of such dwelling or residence.

A. 
The Animal Services Supervisor or assistants shall, upon request of a veterinary hospital, collect and dispose of dead animals. The Animal Services Supervisor or assistants shall require the hospital to place dead animals in containers or freezers prior to collection, and to suture or bag all dead animals upon which autopsies or other operative procedures have been performed.
B. 
Veterinary hospitals shall be billed monthly by the Finance Department, for collection and disposal services, according to the following fee schedule:
1. 
Cats. $0.50 plus, $5.00 per call.
2. 
Dogs and Other Animals. $1.00 plus, $5.00 per call.
C. 
The Animal Services Supervisor shall include in the monthly pound report sufficient information to facilitate billing.
