It is unlawful for any person to dive, swim, wade or bathe in
any lake, lagoon, pond, waterway or other body of water under the
control of the City which has been posted prohibiting such activity.

It is unlawful for any person to dive, swim, wade or bathe within
100 feet of any public: vessel launching ramp, pier or pump within
the City at other than designated areas or locations.

Section 8.84.010 (Diving, swimming, bathing, or wading in designated bodies of water—Prohibited) shall not be applicable to any person or persons actually engaged in water skiing where such activity is otherwise permitted by law.
