A person shall not fish in park waters except:
A. 
From the banks between the hours of one hour before sunrise and one hour after sunset except for specific areas as may be authorized where night fishing is permitted;
B. 
From vessels between the hours of one-half hour before sunrise and one-half hour after sunset where such vessels are on such waters in compliance with all the provisions of Chapters 13.16 and 13.24.

All fishing vessels shall be out of the ski area between ten a.m. and five p.m. Pacific Standard Time and between ten a.m. and seven p.m. Pacific Daylight Saving Time.
