Except as otherwise amended in this chapter, the Uniform Code
for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, 1997 Edition, and appendices
thereto, prepared by the International Conference of Building Officials,
is adopted as the San Dimas dangerous building code and may be cited
as such.
Each and all of the regulations, provisions, terms and conditions
of such Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings are
referred to and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter.
Three copies of such code are on file in the office of the building
official, and shall at all times be maintained by the city clerk for
the use and examination of the public. Reference to section numbers
and amendments are declared to be references to the section numbers
contained in such Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings.

The following amendments and additions are made to the dangerous
building code adopted by this chapter: Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 are
deleted.
