The permit holder shall notify the Director's designated representative two full business days prior to commencing any work that is covered by the erosion control and grading permit. Prior to commencing work, the permit holder shall be responsible for having all the appropriate BMPs in place. When the work has been completed and permanent BMPs, if appropriate, and final stabilization are in place, the applicant shall notify the Director-designated representative, two full business days prior to requesting a final inspection.
