The terms of Title 2, California Administrative Code Section 18730 and any amendments to it duly adopted by the Fair Political Practices Commission are hereby incorporated by reference and, along with Appendixes A and B attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter in which officials and employees are designated and disclosure categories are set forth, constitute the conflict of interest code of the city of Palm Desert.

Pursuant to Section 4(A) of the standard code, designated employees shall file statements of economic interest with the city clerk to whom the city council hereby delegates the authority to carry out the duties of filing officer.
